hello, when i try to fix my google chrome because is running to slow, i try the steps from ccm, but what it ask me for users, what i need to do?

it,s happening because of some malware effected your computer, that's why you face this kind of issue, I suggest you to take a help of xxxxxx to find the proper solution to solve out this kind of issue properly.
