Deactivated email and have so many accounts connected to it

Hello,
I recently tried to connect to my email and after several tries in the past it said the account didn't exist and now it says it's deactivated. But I have my Microsoft account connected to it and so many other things. But when I go to make another email with the same name it says it's already in use. So how can I recover it??
