Hi,
Inactive Yahoo accounts are automatically deactivated then permanently deleted after 12 months of inactivity. Recovery may be possible if the deletion process has not been started.
In order to see if your account can be recovered, use the Sign-in Helper. If your account is still available, follow the instructions provided, otherwise, you will see a message that the account is not recognized - meaning that your account is permanently deleted.
