My cpu don't start but fan running continuosly and beep

Hello,.
I didn't get solution of my this problem.. I don't know what is the problem .. i tried to disconnect all components but nothing happens...
Problem still remain ..

If you have removed the components and it still beeps the motherboard is fried. The beeping is a code. Or, there is something on the keyboard, unplug the keyboard and try to boot.
