Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server

I am trying to set up my new gmail account on my iPhone and when I look up the incoming and out going mail server host names I get pop.gmail.com for incoming and smtp.gmail.com for outgoing and neither one of those work to save it to my iPhone.

What am I doing wrong? Please help! It's for a new business.

I’m not sure how to tell, sorry I’m not techno savvy. I did download the gmail app and am able to get my emails via the app now :)
