Log in issue due to security check

I've been locked out of my account. I tried to recover the account but it still doesn't work.
It continues to ask me for a security check, but for the security check the only two options are to receive a code on a phone number I no longer use or have access to. But I still have access to my email and there’s no choice says click here if you don’t have the phone number anymore.
