Was hacked last night

Hello,
My account was hacked last night and they changed my login and password before I knew it. I tried to change the password, but it wouldn't let me. I then tried to open a new account and it wouldn't let me. I mailed the help, but they said they needed scanned copy of an ID; however my printer was down and I couldn't do it. My computer, I hope, is not connected and working. I don't know what else to do.
How do I get a new account or my old one back. HELP

Well, it looks as thogh you cannot do what they are asking (provide id), so there is nothing anyone else can do. They have already given you the fix, but you cannot perform it. There is nothing anyone can for you, that you cannot do for yourself!! You have the fix!
