What do you suppose we can do to assist you? We are not facebook, and have no way to assist you with this type of matter. We are a free technical help forum. This is not a technicalnissue, but am account management one. Would you come here if you were having issues with your bank account? No, because that is not a technical problem neither. both of these situations are account management issues, and we cannot help.

Now that you mention it, I have a problem with my bank account. My bank account has been hacked and the bank closed after a huge fire with all of my $350,000 USD in it. Please help me to recover my account and money. I don't have a dime to buy groceries.
P.S. My mother-in-law and her boyfriend, the bank manager, also perished in the bank building, I had borrowed the money from her.
