Counter Strike 1.6 connect HLDS to the master server

Your server will only be visible when you go into Favorites and click on Add server, then put your ip, or if you want other players to connect to your server, install garena.

Go to any room and on Windows there is one tab called Settings, it will ask for the game where you put your HLDS and in bootstrap parameters, put anything like -counter strike and then click on Update, then close and start the game, and if you want to connect show your ip on garena main chat..
