Hello,
I am having trouble logging back in my old Facebook account the phone number is different and I can’t remember my email or password please help

Hi,

If you remember your Facebook username, use it to recover your account.

Start by going to this recovery page and type your username. Click Search and select your account in the list.

You can then use one of the recovery options displayed, to reset your password.
