I dont not have a delete option or McAfee shred option for my sd card

Hello,
i can not delete from sd card, i can not shred by using McAfee from the sd card, my sd cards with this problem does not even have a delete option and i have 3 cards that now have this problem. Any ide

What type of device is the sd card for? Perhaps the files are not formatted in such a way that the software can read them! So, as far as the shredder goes, there is nothing on there!!
