Sound Issue Windows 2000 Pro on Compaq

Hello,

I have a Compaq Presario SR1803WM that I just recently installed Windows 2000 Pro on and I can not get my sound working (NO sound at all) It appears I can not find a driver compatible with this operating system. Any suggestions?

hi,

drivers are not available for the computer is you are running it in Windows 2000 Pro.

you should install windows XP or a more recent version of windows.

then you may get all the drivers in the official website of HP:
