3 beeps even with ram and I don’t know what the problem is anywhere

Hello,

So I got a new pc that I bought from a website called Magic Micro and I waited for 2 weeks until it finally came so I tried starting it up and my computer was beeping 3 times, pause then repeat so I went to Best Buy and bought a hard drive and ram so I install both of them and it still beeps so I have no idea where else it’s coming from if anyone can help me and needs info of my pc I can try and give my best shot.
