Problem creating contact lists in Yahoo Mail

I am trying to create a contact list in Yahoo Mail. My wife and I have two different Yahoo Mail accounts and I am trying to help her with hers. When I go to Contacts on my account I see a list of contacts and at the top I see "Top All Lists". I am able to create lists there. On her account at the top I see "Top All Businesses" so there is no way to create a contact list. We cannot determine why the two accounts are behaving differently. I cannot find anything in settings that would account for this.

Sounds like a good question for AT&T (the parent company of yahoo)!

Have you posted on yahoo forums yet? There are plenty of Yahoo pros out there!

I initially tried to find some support from Yahoo but there did not seem to be any available. I next searched for Yahoo forums and this was the only one I found. I will continue to look. Thank you

Do not pay! If you are not an att&t subscriber, there is no phone support!

As for any other support, let us know what you find!
