How to access my yahoo account without pasword and phone number

Hello,
I forgot my yahoo password, yahoo have send to me the verification code at my phone number for reset the password,but I can't access to the phone number,the number not work and expired,how can I access to my account,thank you.

If you no longer have access to a recovery methid, it is gone. Always create a recovery email in the case your movile gets lost, stolen, or you fail to pay the bill!!!
