Hello,
when i connect my ipod classic 80 gb to the i tunes version 8.its shows only the unknown summery.
its does not show music ,photo applacation and vedios page.i was confused what to do. But there is hi lite RESTORE which is tried to install new formware 1.1.3 .I tired to install it .it download in ITUNES soon it completed it did not install into my ipod classic 80 gb. so kindly help me to ix it .I shall be greatull to you.

You will have to upgrade your ipod using itunes! Can you please write to me the message you are getting when you connect the ipod to your pc!?
