How do i open flash 9

Hello,

i am trying to download flash player 9 on my powerbook G4,
i followed the insxtructions of deleting the files from the internet plug in thingy, and then i restart.
what the hell do i do after that, please reply ive been trying to get flash for weeks and weeks now and i need help!
i'd really appreciate any replys thx.

Just uninstall the current flash player you installed...

And download the latest one here:

https://support.apple.com/en_US/downloads

my powerbook is too old to download flash player 10 because i already tried it but thx anyway.
i actually want to get flash lplayer 9

what do i do when i restart my mac? what do i go on?
any more suggestions?
