Hello,
My computer is stuck on the sign in screen and it doesn't show the text bar, I tried to boot in safe mode and it wouldn't let me, I tried resetting my computer wouldn't let me, I tried every options on the troubleshooting settings and nothing, I don't have a backup by the way, nothing works

try to make an upgrade option whith the install dvd or usb (with the same version of your windows) this will reinstall windows without erase data .
