Hello,

So since 2 days ago my laptop it's been acting unusual when I turn it on and log in, it sends me to my desktop as it should do, but there my cursor goes into an inifinite loading state, My taskbar dissapears and the screen starts going black (but I can still see my "cursor") and then comes back again, as if it was blinking, if I eait long enough an error that says something like explorer.exe ..... 0X0"....." could not be read. I Really don't know what to do since I'm not that tech savy but I hope someone can help me

System Configuration: Android / Chrome 77.0.3865.116

The problem you are facing indicates corruption in the Windows system files and there could be several reasons for this to happen. Very first step you need to take is to reboot your system in Safe Mode as it will only load the basic drivers and apps required to troubleshoot the error.

Once your Windows loads in safe mode, repair the damaged/corrupted system files using System File Checker tool.
