Try go to the "Memory" section on a smartphone with the android system where I will see two sub-items. You need a "built-in memory." Find a flash drive and click "Format". If nothing good happens try to unlock the card on a laptop. Insert the USB flash drive into the card reader, go to the "Explorer" and, right-clicking, select "Format". . You can clear the memory manually, but only if all hidden files are displayed. Good luck)
