Get the remote that came with the TV. The cable remote is for turning the volume and power, not for manipulating the settings. Use the original remote or press the menu button on the tv. Call comcast and have them assist you, as you are paying for support of their product.........
They are going to tell you to use the tv remote not the cable remote.
