I have had my recent iPod for 9 month now, it's the new classic and it's 120 gig, I have a massive music collection, and I turned on my laptop to add a few new songs to iTunes - and it came up with 'Quicktime was not found. Quicktime is required to run iTunes. Please Uninstall iTunes, then install iTunes again.' I haven't done anything to my laptop and I haven't done anything yet.... is there a way I can fix it without getting rid of my music collection + all the play counts + play lists? please help!!

Just uninstall itunes and install the new version from the apple website:

https://www.apple.com/itunes/

This will install quicktime applications and itunes updates!
