RHEL is basicly the same as Fedora, if in doubt follow https://www.fedorafaq.org/#fedorarhel
and the rest is here http://www.reallylinux.com/docs/basicdialup.shtml
In Fedora Core 10 under Gnome its ->System>Administration>Network
enter root psswd.
click New in the left pane click modem connection and enter the details supplied by your ISP
or alternatively open a terminal and type
$ su
it will prompt your for root psswd enter it, and then type
$ /usr/bin/system-config-network
then click New in the left pane click modem connection and enter the details supplied by your ISP
Let me know if you run into any trouble
ON MY PC I HAVE SUSE enter prince 10 OS AND I WANT TO CONNECT MY BSNL GPRS MOBILE HOW I WANT TO DO PLZ...........
