How to create bsnl dial-up connection in linu

RHEL is basicly the same as Fedora, if in doubt follow https://www.fedorafaq.org/#fedorarhel

In Fedora Core 10 under Gnome its ->System>Administration>Network
enter root psswd.
click New in the left pane click modem connection and enter the details supplied by your ISP
or alternatively open a terminal and type
$ su
it will prompt your for root psswd enter it, and then type
$ /usr/bin/system-config-network
then click New in the left pane click modem connection and enter the details supplied by your ISP
