Pausing sound

Hello,
I am just wondering why everytime i click on something that requires sound and video it doesn't show properly? The shows i'm trying to watch keep pausing in and out. Can you please tell me what i can do to get better quality in my videos and shows.

Hye its better you use VLC player to play your videos and movie files!!
