Hello,

my sound is not working but the volume is up and I cant hear anything its annoying me however I was wondering if you can help me please

Hello, could you say what PC / Laptop you are using? Are they built in speakers or external?

You may want to update the audio drivers - or uninstall and then reinstall them.

To tell you which audio drivers you need to download, I will need your laptop model.
