Hi,
To change the phone number registered on your Yahoo account, access to your security settings. Click Phone numbers > Add email or mobile no. and follow the steps.
Next, to delete your old phone number, select it and choose the Remove from my account option. Then when all your recovery info have been updated, click Looks good.
Note that you must have access to your account in order to change your phone number. If this is not the case, you will unable to make the change.
