Hi,
Enter the BIOS and look for an option called "Memory Reamp". If this option is available, enable it and save the change. Then restart your PC.
If you can't find the option above, try the following. On your desktop, press the Windows + R keys, type msconfig and press Enter. Select the Boot tab > Advanced options and enable Maximum memory. Once done, save and restart.

Do not ENABLE Max Memory!!! You'll end up not being able to boot!
