no my problem is not solve. i reinstall the software but i am not getting the previous folders

Download and install Recuva. It's data recovery software. Select the drive to scan, in your case, the D: drive and start the scan.

Solution 1. After formatting the C drive, you can download Winmend hide folder again and set it up with the same password you used before.
Solution 2. As HelpIOS said, download and install a data recovery tool. I would recommend Recuva, EaseUS, and iBoysoft Data Recovery.
