How to upload clear images on win 10 welcome screen?

Hello,

I need to upload clear high quality images to win 10 welcome screen but win 10 keeps blurring it, i have tried reducing the image quality / pixels / size but hasnt helped.

Please someone suggest the cure for this!

I use the latest windows 10 and I also face the same problem. We do not expect these kind of things form microsoft but they tend to do these anyways. These are major flaws and that is why people are moving to mac and os.
