Ipod issue

Hello,
my itune is indicating that my ipod is plugged but the screen is not turning on? does tha mean the screen is broke? or is there something i can do!!!

hi,

unplug the iPod and then switch it off and then on.

check if the screen turns on.

if it does not, then it may be that there is a problem with the iPod.
