Hello,
we bought PLDT HOME PREPAID WIFI ADVANCE CAT6 MODEL, we use it for almost two weeks already and on Nov. 1, 10 pm the wifi connection has gone and we cannot connect it and when we connect the notification say "connection to(modem) time out.connection failed". but why my laptop using UTP cable has an internet and the wifi of my laptop cannot connect to the modem and other cell phones.

Hi,
Reboot the modem to try to re-establish the WiFi connection. If your modem's signal indicator is blinking red, press the "Reset" button for at least 10 seconds to reset the modem.
