Hi,
Open the Start menu and search for Command Prompt. Right-click on it and choose Run as administrator. Next type the following command:
Restart your computer. If the problem persists, open Command Prompt (administrator) and type the following:

- ipconfig /flushdns
- Press Enter
Restart your computer. If the problem persists, open Command Prompt (administrator) and type the following:
- netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
- Press Enter
- netsh winsock reset
- Press Enter
Restart your computer.
