Ppss22 not working

Hello,
I wanted to use ppss22 emulator for Android but i have an issue, whenever i try to open it,the icon menu freeze, and to leave i have to open the parameters from the tab swipe. Do you guys have any ideas what the issue is? Thanks!

I have a Xiaomi redmi note 9 pro.

Hi,

Open your phone's settings and go to Apps > PPSS2 > Storage, then choose Clear cache and Clear data. If the problem persists, uninstall it and reinstall a new version of the app.

Hello, thanks for your quick answer,
I already saw this answer, but this infortunately didn't worked to me. I trier too to launch it offline, but nothing. In my case, the app don't even open, wich is really weird. Thanks anyway for your answer.
