Hello,
when i press shift and 3 on my ASUS Zenbook 14 it shows the pound sign


System Configuration: Windows / Edge 87.0.664.41

HI Pam,

I don't know what country you are in, but that is normal for a UK keyboard. If you are not using a UK keyboard look at changing the settings on your PC to match the keyboard you are using.

Thank you Brian . .. . The laptop was bought in Cyprus and has Cypriot letters as well as English . I don't know how to do that.
