I have an IMAP account which I think I'm not gonna use in future. But it contains many important mails and contacts which I want to archive. Now the main question is how to archive them? I don't know the right procedure to archive those emails. However I decided to hire an expert to do so but it was costly. I need to know other options to archive those emails.

Hi,

To archive your IMAP emails in Outlook, select the Inbox folder and go to File > Archive.

You can also archive your IMAP account mails with the help of offline tools.

Yeah, I use Mail Backup X.
