Restore a page after disabeling

Hello,

My business page was accessed by different friends in different areas within the world.

I can find the page on google but when I open the link, I cannot reach the page. The error that ' wait a couple of minutes and access again '.

I tried to restore the password with the same account but the email or user is not found.

What should I do to restore the page?

Hello,

If you temporarily disable your account, you can recover your profile and your previous posts by reactivating it. However, if you have chosen to permanently delete your Instagram account, you will not be able to recover it.

It is my business page and I dont know how to reactivate it. I am checking my email and shows not existed even the phone number. In google, it is existed but not in Instagram. How could I contact Instagram?
