Instagram "your account was compromised'

my account is: ***
- I received a "Your account was compromised" message.
- I followed the steps to change my password but i don't remember my password
- I did the "i forgot my password" steps but when i click on the phone link to access directly to my account. It brings me back to the " Your account was compromised" message.

Is there a way to skip the "Your account was compromised" page. Or is there a way to directly change my password with a email link without having to access my account? Cause everytime i try to access my phone with a direct link im back to square one.

Also does the " Your account was compromised" msg disappear after a certain amount of time?
