Secure my account

Hello,

My mistake I hit the Secure Your Account on Facebook and can no longer access my account. They say to send in photo id, which I have Driver's License, Marriage Certificate, Passport and they reply with this:

We can’t give you access to this account or help with your request until we receive an accepted form of ID that matches the information listed on the account.

The only thing is that when I got divorced I hyphenated my last name and of course I don't have proper ID that shows the 2 names together. That's why I submitted my Marriage Certificate because it shows both names and is in the list of ID's to use.

Please help !! I have so many photos of my grandkids, things from my life that I do not have stored anywhere else.
