Hi,
From another admin account, go to System Preferences > Users & Groups. Select the account for which you need to reset the password and click Reset Password to change it.
If there's no other admin account, you can use your Apple ID to reset the password. On the login screen, keep entering a password until you see "Reset your password using Apple ID".
