Hello, ultimately it doesn't really matter if your opt for a business or personal account. There may be a benefit for creating a business account (access to analytics etc). If you are not interested by this, then you should be fine just creating a personal account. It is personal, in that it is an account used by you (not necessarily of your photos).
The main issue will be we with copyright, because even if you are just reposting other peoples photos, you will need their permission. And simply tagging them, is not enough. You will have to actively contact them (in messages or DMs) and get their permission.
