I was deactivated permanent Facebook account, now i Again try to open that account, now says Email id not match,
But this email now already running open,
And used Instagram.

Hello, if you permanently deactivated a Facebook account with this specific email address, you will be unable to recreate a new account with it, and you will not be able to login to the previously deactivated account, as it no longer exists (as it was deactivated).
If you want to create a new Facebook account, then create a new email account too - this is probably the quickest and simplest solution.
