Laptop is showing blank screen

I just had a software update (windows 10)on my laptop and it was restarting I left it and forgot to switch off..after 2 hours if I see my laptop is switching on ..keyboard lights are seen but the screen is blank...i can't even remove the battery coz it is inbuilt in lenovo ideapad flex 5...what do I do.?
