Hello, have a look at this article on how to format a USB key. You should be able to use the command prompt to clear the USB and restore it to full capacity.

Hi,

Have you tried to do uninstall and reinstall your drive? If not, then I would suggest you to go to the device manager option and from there reinstall the drive. I believe after successfully reinstalling the drive you will not face this issue. In case if this doesn't work for you then I would recommend you to use the Bitraser file eraser tool to wipe deleted files from the pen drive. It might be possible that deleted files cache are still on your drive and showing it as occupied.
