Hello,
I have a problem, when I set up an account I had an old email address, but over time I forgot my email password and set up a new email. However, I did not change my email address in my Instagram settings. Recently my account has been blocked, because it is required to enter a six-digit code, which is sent to the old email address. Unfortunately, I cannot log in to the old e-mail, I wrote to ***@***, but there is an automatic message that they no longer support this way. My account has not been linked to fb. How can I contact the Instagram administrator because I don't want to create a new account, I have a lot of photos and important conversations on the old one. I also cannot delete the account, because it is still blocked until I give this code to the old email. Help, was there anyone in this situation? How can I make this code go to my current email?

Hello, if you haven't received you Instagram Code, have a look at this article which explains what to do.

You can also follow the steps here on the Instagram support page if you created your account with a mobile device.
