Hi, I am still unable to access my instagram account. It just won't send the text message, even though the number I have entered is correct. It just keeps saying "please wait a few minutes and try again". I have been trying to regain access to my account for over a day and I keep getting the same error message. Another error I'll get is "challenged required". i Have sent in one video selfie through their forum but it didn't work. And now I am unable to submit another as it just shows an error message whenever I click "need more help". Please help.
