Hello, if your Internet isn't working, check if it isn't a problem with your WiFi, or 4G connection. What you can do is delete the network that you usually connect to from your phone and then reconnect from scratch.

There are several reasons behind not working internet connecting. Here is the list of errors you can diagnose.
1. Check for the LAN connection
2. Verify if the internet is available.
3. Verify router settings for IP and Gateways(contact ISP)
4. Check for the MAC filters on router settings page.
5. Check for firewalls on router
6. Reset passwordords
