Hello,
So I have an IBUY Power PC, and ever since I bought it I’ve been noticing that windows randomly crashes every now and then. Just now, I’m using my computer and it crashes on me yet again. Then I go to turn it back on and it puts me in a screen which reads “Gigabyte Easy Mode.” The screen shows all the specs and temperatures, voltages, frequencies, etc. etc. specs are as follows: Intel i7 10700F, 16 GB RAM, GTX 1660 TI 6 GB, 480 GB SSD, 1 TB HDD. I’m unsure of the exact motherboard model. If someone is able to provide any tips or possible solutions on how I can get out of the gigabyte screen and back into windows, it would be much appreciated.

Have you changed any settings in the BIOS? If you have, try resetting the BIOS to default settings.

Also, try opening the manual boot screen and boot into Windows Boot Manager. If that works, you know it’s not your OS that’s the problem.
If the previous idea works, double check that Windows Boot Manager is the first boot option, if it isn’t set it as that.
