My sound wont work

Hello,i had sound on my computer it is a sell inspiron 531 and then i just lost it. it wont play sound for cds internet or anything. and i have checked everything and i have been working on this for weeks wat do i do.

Sound picker - Guide
Mac show sound in menu bar - Guide
Ps4 turn off controller sound - Guide
Fx sound - Download - Other
Beeping sound pc - Guide

but when i go th control panel and test the speakers they work wat do i do.
