Every function on ig not working for 4 days.

Hello,
For the last 4 days every function on my ig has just permanently show refresh and nothing is showing up on all functions. I cant post, see my page, others pages, search or anything?

Anyone knows what's up and how to fix this? I've updated and reinstalled but nothing has changed.
