Account Hacked

Hello, my account was hacked 6 days ago. Got emails hour after saying someone in Chicago accessed my account. Notice of account disabled, but not entirely. I changed the password but can’t login because I need a code generator; to get the code generator I need to login. Sent my ID in, auto rejected because it ‘doesn’t match the information listed on the account’. It also says I’m still logged in, but I’m not. I’ve tried everything. I don’t see any option to verify friends pictures on Facebook. I need an actual human from Facebook to review this, then they can reinstate my account. Please help.
